THE ECOBRETON MOVEMENT INVOLVES A SERIES OF POSITIVE IMPACTING ACTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CREATED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR FROM A SPECIALIZED CONSULTANCY, RADICALLY MODIFYING NOT ONLY THE INTERNAL PROCESSES AS THE CULTURE OF THE COMPANY, BUT ALSO ENCOURAGING ALL OUR VALUE CHAIN, EMPLOYEES, PRODUCERS, PARTNERS AND FINAL CONSUMERS TO ACQUIRE MORE SUSTAINABLE HABITS.

BY UNITING ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SUSTAINABILITY, WE START THIS NEW CHAPTER WITH THREE PROJECTS: THE “MEU M² BRETON” CAMPAIGN: EACH ORDER AT BRETON ALLOWS OUR CUSTOMERS TO CONTRIBUTE TO RESTORE 1M² OF THE DESTROYED ATLANTIC FOREST - IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ECOERA PORTAL AND THE NGO INICIATIVA VERDE, WHICH IS FOCUSED ON THE CONSERVATION OF THE BRAZILIAN FORESTS; THE "DESAFIO MOBILIZA BRETON" CAMPAIGN, CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH VISIONÁRIOS, A COMMUNICATION AGENCY FOCUSED IN THE PURPOSE AREA OF COMPANIES, AIMED AT ENCOURAGING NEW TALENTS TO CREATE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR BRETON'S RAW MATERIAL REMNANTS AND PACKAGING, AND, THUS, START A NEW BUSINESS TO GENERATE POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE SOCIETY; THE CARBON FREE/ECOERA SEAL THAT VERIFIES THE OFFSETTING OF CO2 EMISSIONS GENERATED BY THE PRODUCTION OF THE BRETON MAGAZINE WITH THE PLANTING OF SEEDLINGS OF NATIVE SPECIES IN THE CANTAREIRA SYSTEM IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE MANTIQUEIRA CONSERVATION PLAN.

BRETON, in partnership with Lilo Chachamovits, founder of Visionários, a Communications Agency focused on the development of purposes of brands, selected 10 teams and launched the challenge so that one of them could give a new destination to the packaging and raw materials remnants and wastes used in the production of its furniture - such as cardboard scrap, plastic, stainless steel, aluminum, fabric flap, foam, among others. The team that submits the best project will receive a prize of R$ 30 thousand reais, the raw materials remnants and full incentive to start their own business.

In partnership with the NGO Iniciativa Verde and the ECOERA Portal, the brand presents a campaign to engage customers in the recovery of 1m² of forest at each order. The campaign expects to plant from 600 to 1000 trees per month, rebuilding the local ecosystem and improving the quality of life of the citizens.
